1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Trusted Surgery Turkey Ltd, hereinafter referred to throughout this document as “TST”. By purchasing a package, making payment, submitting information or using any TST service, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Nature of Services
TST provides independent patient guidance, clinic comparison, research, coordination, and support services only. TST does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, surgery, medical opinions, hospital services or clinical aftercare.
3. Independent Guidance
TST operates independently and is not owned, controlled or managed by any clinic, hospital or surgeon.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, disclosing relevant medical history, reviewing quotations and information provided, communicating directly with their chosen clinic, following all instructions and requirements provided by their chosen clinic, and following medical advice provided by qualified healthcare professionals.
5. Clinic Relationships
All clinics, hospitals and surgeons operate independently. Any treatment agreement is entered into directly between the client and the chosen clinic. TST is not a party to any treatment contract.
6. Clinic Comparison Service
TST will use reasonable efforts to identify providers that align with the client’s stated treatment goals, preferences and budget requirements. TST cannot guarantee approval for treatment, acceptance following medical assessment, specific quotation amounts, specific treatment packages, requested dates or that any quotation will meet the client’s preferred budget or expectations.
7. Initial Eligibility Review
Before a clinic comparison can be provided, TST may make preliminary enquiries with suitable clinics or providers using the information supplied by the client. Where clinics indicate that they are unwilling to assess, quote for, or consider treatment due to the client’s medical history, BMI, previous procedures, age, medication, health conditions, treatment requirements or any other eligibility-related factor, TST may be unable to proceed with the comparison process.TST does not guarantee that a clinic will be willing to provide a quotation, assessment, or treatment option for every client. Where reasonable efforts have been made by TST to identify suitable providers, but no clinic is willing to provide a quotation or assessment, the comparison service shall be considered unable to proceed due to provider eligibility requirements. In such circumstances, TST shall retain thirty per cent (30%) of the package fee to cover research, administrative work, provider enquiries and time already spent on the client’s case. The remaining seventy per cent (70%) shall be refunded to the client.
8. Completion of Service
The comparison service shall be considered fulfilled once the number of clinic comparisons included within the purchased package has been delivered. If the client decides not to proceed with any clinic presented, the service shall still be considered completed.
9. Booking Validity Period
If, for any reason, the client does not proceed with a booking and payment of the required clinic deposit following delivery of the comparison service, the client shall have up to three (3) months from the date the comparison is provided to confirm a booking directly with their chosen clinic or any other clinic included within the comparison supplied by TST. A booking shall be considered confirmed once the client has received confirmation from the clinic and has paid any required clinic deposit. If no booking is confirmed within three (3) months, TST’s services shall be considered completed and terminated. Any future assistance, updated comparisons, additional support or new requests may require the purchase of a new service package. If a booking is confirmed within the three (3) month period, any ongoing support included within the purchased package shall remain available until completion of the client’s treatment journey in accordance with the package purchased.
10. Quotations and Pricing
Clinic quotations are supplied directly by clinics and may be subject to validity periods, promotional offers, availability and clinic policies. TST cannot guarantee that a quotation obtained during the comparison process will remain available indefinitely.
11. Payments
TST package fees relate solely to guidance, comparison and support services. Medical treatment fees, clinic deposits and hospital charges are paid directly to the chosen clinic.
12. Travel and Accommodation
TST does not provide flights, accommodation, travel insurance, medical treatment, clinic services, hospital services or medical aftercare. Clients should not make travel arrangements until treatment arrangements have been confirmed directly with their chosen clinic.
13. Medical Decisions
All medical decisions remain solely the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals.TST cannot guarantee treatment suitability, treatment approval or treatment outcomes.
14. Limitation of Liability
TST shall not be responsible for medical outcomes, surgical complications, dissatisfaction with treatment results, clinic decisions, expired quotations, promotional pricing changes, clinic pricing updates, travel disruptions, accommodation issues or losses caused by third-party providers.
15. Data Protection
Client information may be shared with clinics and providers for quotation and assessment purposes in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
16. Changes to Services
TST reserves the right to amend services, packages, pricing and documentation at any time.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
18. Acceptance
By purchasing a package, making payment or using TST services, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
