Payment & Refund Policy

1. Purpose
This policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds are handled for services
provided by Trusted Surgery Turkey Ltd (TST).
2. Nature of Payments
Payments made to TST relate solely to guidance, comparison, research, and support
services. Medical treatment fees, clinic deposits, hospital charges, flights, accommodation,
and insurance are paid directly to third parties.
3. Comparison Service
The client purchases a comparison and support service. TST does not guarantee treatment
approval, specific quotations, specific clinics, treatment dates, or treatment outcomes.
4. Initial Eligibility Review
Before a clinic comparison can be provided, TST may make preliminary enquiries with
suitable clinics or providers using the information supplied by the client.
TST does not guarantee that a clinic will be willing to provide a quotation, assessment, or
treatment option for every client.
Where TST has made reasonable efforts to identify suitable providers, but no
The clinic is willing to provide a quotation or assessment due to the client’s medical history,
BMI, previous procedures, age, medication, health conditions, treatment requirements, or
other eligibility-related factors, the comparison service shall be deemed incapable of
proceeding due to provider eligibility requirements.
In such circumstances, TST shall retain thirty per cent (30%) of the package fee to cover
research, administrative work, provider enquiries, and time already spent on the client’s
case. The remaining seventy per cent (70%) shall be refunded to the client.
5. Completion of Service
The comparison service shall be considered fulfilled once the number of clinic
comparisons included within the purchased package have been delivered to the client.
6. No Refund Following Delivery
A client’s decision not to proceed with treatment, dissatisfaction with quotations received,
dissatisfaction with clinic options presented, changes in personal circumstances or a
The decision to postpone treatment shall not make up grounds for a refund once the comparison
service has been delivered.
7. Booking Validity Period
If, for any reason, the client does not proceed with a booking and payment of the required
clinic deposit following delivery of the comparison service, the client shall have up to
three (3) months from the date the comparison is provided to confirm a booking directly
with their chosen clinic or any other clinic included within the comparison supplied by
TST.
8. Booking Confirmation
A booking shall be considered confirmed once the client has received confirmation from
The clinic and has paid any required clinic deposit.
9. Expiry of Support
If no booking is confirmed within three (3) months, TST’s services shall be considered
completed and terminated. Any future assistance, updated comparisons or additional
support may require the purchase of a new service package.
10. Ongoing Support
If a booking is confirmed within the three-month period, any ongoing support is included
within the purchased package shall remain available until completion of the client’s
treatment journey in accordance with the package purchased.
11. Clinic Refunds
TST is not responsible for clinic refund policies, deposit refunds, or treatment cancellations
or any financial arrangements between the client and the chosen clinic.
12. Chargebacks
Clients agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks for services that have already
been delivered in accordance with the purchased package.
13. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
