We help patients compare clinics, hospitals, surgeons and treatment options using our structured 50+ Point Comparison Framework, allowing you to make informed healthcare decisions with confidence.
Are you a clinic or medical provider? No. We are not a clinic, hospital or medical provider. We do not perform surgery, prescribe medication or provide medical advice. Our role is to provide independent guidance, structured comparisons and practical support throughout your decision-making journey.
How does your guidance process work? Once you purchase a package, we learn about your treatment goals, preferences and budget. We research suitable providers, obtain quotations where applicable, compare your options using our 50+ Point Comparison Framework and guide you through the decision-making process.
What is the 50+ Point Comparison Framework? Our framework compares much more than price alone. We assess factors including surgeon experience, clinic standards, hospital facilities, quotations, patient support, accommodation options, communication, transparency and many other important areas that influence your treatment journey.
How do you compare clinics? Every provider is assessed using the same structured comparison process. We focus on quality, transparency, experience, safety and suitability to help you understand the differences between your available options.

Do you receive commissions from clinics? Some clinics may occasionally pay referral commissions. However, our comparisons are based on your individual needs—not commission opportunities. Our priority is helping you find the provider that best matches your goals and circumstances.
Can I compare a clinic I have already found? Yes. If you already have a clinic or quotation, we can include it within your comparison where appropriate and help you understand how it compares with other available options.
Is the surgery price included in your packages? No. Our packages cover guidance, comparison and support services only. Medical treatment is always paid directly to your chosen clinic or hospital.
What is included in each package? Each package provides different levels of comparison, guidance and ongoing support. Higher packages include additional provider comparisons, more personalised guidance and extended support throughout your journey.
Which package is right for me? This depends on how much support you would like. Some patients simply want independent comparisons, while others prefer detailed preparation guidance, quotation reviews and continued personalised support before travelling.
Can you explain quotations and hidden costs? Yes. We help you understand quotations, inclusions, exclusions and possible additional costs so you can compare providers confidently and avoid unexpected surprises.
Are flights and accommodation included? Not by Trusted Surgery Turkey. Many clinics include accommodation and transfers within their treatment packages. We help you understand exactly what each provider includes before you make your decision.
Can you help me prepare for travelling? Yes. Depending on your package, we provide guidance on travel preparation, documentation, practical planning and what to expect before travelling abroad for treatment.
What happens after I purchase a package? We begin your assessment, obtain quotations where applicable, complete your personalised comparison and guide you through the next steps according to the package you have selected.
Can I speak to someone before purchasing? Absolutely. You’re welcome to contact us before purchasing if you’d like to discuss your situation, ask questions or decide which package is most suitable for your needs.
Is my personal information confidential? Yes. Your privacy is extremely important to us. Personal information is handled confidentially and only shared with clinics or providers when necessary and with your permission.
How long does the process take? Times vary depending on your treatment and the package selected. Straightforward cases may take only a few days, while more complex comparisons may require additional time.
What happens if I change my mind? If your circumstances change, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds and changes are handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and the stage of work already completed.

Do I have to book through Trusted Surgery Turkey? No. Our role is to provide independent guidance and structured comparisons. The final decision, including whether or not to proceed with treatment or book a clinic, is always yours.
How long is my comparison valid for? Your personalised comparison remains valid for up to three months from the date it is delivered, provided you book directly with a clinic included in your comparison during that period. Please note that clinic quotations are separate from our comparison service. Each clinic determines how long its quotation remains valid, and this can vary between providers. If a quotation expires or a clinic changes its prices, we recommend requesting an updated quotation before confirming your booking.
How do I pay for a package? Package payments are processed securely online. We accept major debit and credit cards through Stripe. Where available, additional payment options such as Klarna, Clearpay (Afterpay), Apple Pay or Google Pay may also be offered at checkout.
What happens after I choose a package? After you choose a package, we collect the information needed to understand your treatment goals, preferences and budget. We then request quotations from suitable providers, compare the information received and prepare your personalised comparison.
What happens after I choose a clinic? Once you choose a clinic, you contact the clinic directly to confirm treatment details, available dates, deposit requirements and booking information. If requested, we can review the clinic’s final quotation and check whether it appears consistent with the comparison information originally provided.
Do I pay the clinic directly? Yes. Your package fee is paid to Trusted Surgery Turkey for guidance and comparison services. Surgery costs, clinic deposits, treatment fees, accommodation or transfers provided by the clinic are paid directly to the clinic.
How long is my comparison valid for? If you do not proceed with a booking after your comparison has been delivered, you have up to three months to book directly with a clinic included in your comparison. If no booking is confirmed within that period, the service is considered completed and future assistance may require a new package.
Can I use finance or pay later options? Where available through our payment provider, you may be able to use options such as Klarna or Clearpay (Afterpay). Availability depends on Stripe, your eligibility and the checkout options available at the time of payment.
