Client Service Agreement

1. Scope of Services
Trusted Surgery Turkey Ltd, hereinafter referred to throughout this Agreement as “TST”,
provides independent patient guidance, clinic comparison, research, coordination, and
support services for individuals considering medical treatment abroad.
2. Independent Guidance Service
TST operates as an independent patient guidance and comparison service.
3. No Medical Advice
TST does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical
opinions.
4. Information Sharing Consent
The client authorises TST to share relevant photographs, medical information, and
treatment requirements with selected clinics for quotation and assessment purposes.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information and make independent decisions
regarding treatment.
6. Initial Eligibility Review
Before a clinic comparison can be provided, TST may make preliminary enquiries with
suitable clinics or providers using the information supplied by the client.
TST does not guarantee that a clinic will be willing to provide a quotation, assessment, or
treatment option for every client.
Where TST has made reasonable efforts to identify suitable providers but no
clinic is willing to provide a quotation or assessment due to the client’s medical history,
BMI, previous procedures, age, medication, health conditions, treatment requirements or
other eligibility-related factors, the comparison service shall be deemed incapable of
proceeding due to provider eligibility requirements.
In such circumstances, TST shall retain thirty per cent (30%) of the package fee to cover
research, administrative work, provider enquiries, and time already spent on the client’s
case. The remaining seventy per cent (70%) shall be refunded to the client in accordance
with TST’s Payment & Refund Policy.
7. Clinic Comparison Service
TST will use reasonable efforts to identify providers that align with the client’s goals,
preferences, and budget. TST cannot guarantee clinic approval, treatment suitability,
specific pricing, package contents, availability or that any quotation will meet the client’s
expectations.
Once the number of clinic comparisons included within the purchased package has been
delivered, the comparison service shall be considered fulfilled. The client remains free to
choose any clinic included within the comparison provided by TST. If the client chooses
not to proceed with any provider presented, the service shall still be considered completed.
Clients acknowledge that all treatment remains subject to final assessment by the clinic,
surgeon, and medical team. A quotation, preliminary assessment, booking confirmation,
payment of a clinic deposit, travel arrangements or attendance at pre-operative
appointments does not guarantee that treatment will proceed. Clinics and medical
professionals may postpone, modify or cancel treatment at any stage if they consider it
medically inappropriate, unsafe, or unsuitable. Such decisions remain solely the
responsibility of the clinic and medical team and shall not affect the completion status of
services provided by TST.
8. Booking Validity Period
If, for any reason, the client does not proceed with a booking and payment of the required
clinic deposit following delivery of the comparison service, the client shall have up to
three (3) months from the date the comparison is provided to confirm a booking directly
with their chosen clinic or any other clinic included within the comparison supplied by
TST.
A booking shall be considered confirmed once the client has received confirmation from
the clinic and has paid any required clinic deposit.
If no booking is confirmed within three (3) months, TST’s services shall be considered
completed and terminated.
Any future assistance, updated comparisons, additional support, or new requests may
require the purchase of a new service package.
If a booking is confirmed within the three (3) month period, any ongoing support included
within the purchased package shall remain available until completion of the client’s
treatment journey in accordance with the package purchased.
9. Clinic Selection & Direct Communication
The final decision regarding clinic selection remains entirely with the client. The client
communicates directly with the chosen clinic regarding treatment, deposits, and booking
arrangements.
10. Verification of Final Clinic Quotation
TST may review the final quotation provided by the chosen clinic and compare it against
the information originally received during the comparison process.
11. Payments
Package fees are paid to TST. Medical treatment fees and clinic deposits are paid directly
to the chosen clinic.
12. Refunds
Refunds remain subject to the Trusted Surgery Turkey Payment & Refund Policy.
13. Travel & Accommodation
TST does not provide flights, accommodation, travel insurance, clinic services, hospital
services, or medical aftercare. Clients should not make travel arrangements until treatment
arrangements have been confirmed directly with their chosen clinic.
14. Limitation of Liability
TST shall not be responsible for medical outcomes, complications, treatment results, clinic
actions, pricing changes, or travel disruptions.
15. Acceptance
By purchasing a package, making payment, or using TST services, the client confirms
acceptance of this agreement and all associated policies and terms.
