Trusted Surgery Turkey Ltd (hereinafter referred to in this document as “TST”) provides independent guidance, clinic comparison, and patient support services only. TST is not amedical provider, clinic, hospital, surgeon, or healthcare professional.
2. No Medical Advice
Any information provided by TST is general guidance only and must not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, treatment advice or a substitute for consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.
3. Independent Medical Responsibility.
All consultations, assessments, suitability decisions, diagnoses, treatments, procedures, and medical recommendations are provided solely by the chosen clinic, surgeon and healthcare professionals.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Medical procedures involve risks, and individual outcomes vary. TST cannot guarantee treatment results, recovery outcomes, satisfaction levels, or medical success.
5. Clinic & Provider Independence
Clinics, hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare providers operate independently from TST and remain solely responsible for their services, staff, advice, procedures, and outcomes.
6. Medical Suitability & Acceptance
Treatment suitability, eligibility for assessment, eligibility for quotation and final treatment approval are determined exclusively by the clinic and medical team.TST cannot guarantee that a clinic will be willing to assess, quote for or offer treatment to every client. Clinics may decline, postpone, restrict, modify or amend treatment options based upon medical history, BMI, previous procedures, age, medication, health conditions, treatment requirements, consultation findings, examinations, blood tests, scans, or any other clinical assessment. A quotation, preliminary assessment, booking confirmation, payment of a clinic deposit, travel arrangements, admission to hospital or attendance at pre-operative appointments does not guarantee that treatment will proceed. Clinics and medical professionals may postpone, modify or cancel treatment at any stage if they consider treatment medically inappropriate, unsafe, or unsuitable. A clinic’s decision to postpone, modify or cancel treatment following assessment, testing, or consultation shall not affect the completion status of services provided by TST.
7. Travel & Recovery
Recovery experiences differ between individuals. Clients must follow all instructions provided by their chosen clinic and healthcare professionals.
8. Emergency Medical Situations
If urgent medical assistance is required, clients should immediately contact local emergency services, NHS services, or qualified healthcare professionals.
9. Limitation of Liability
TST shall not be liable for medical outcomes, complications, side effects, treatment dissatisfaction, clinic decisions, treatment delays, travel disruption, financial losses, or any matters arising directly or indirectly from treatment or travel arrangements.
10. Client Acknowledgement.
By purchasing or using TST services, clients confirm that they understand and accept this disclaimer and acknowledge that TST provides guidance and comparison services only.
