PURPOSE
The VIP Package is designed for clients who want the highest level of independent clinic comparison together with personalised guidance and comprehensive practical preparation support before travelling for treatment abroad.
Its purpose is to provide our most comprehensive comparison service using a personalised 50+ Point Comparison Framework, helping clients compare more providers, understand their available options and make informed decisions with confidence.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
1. Initial Client Assessment
Review of the client’s treatment goals, preferences, budget and expectations.
Collection of the information required to identify suitable clinics and request personalised quotations.
2. Clinic Comparison Service
Identify suitable clinics based on the client’s individual requirements.
Request and obtain quotations from up to seven (7) suitable clinics.
Review and organise the information received from each provider.
Prepare a personalised 50+ Point Comparison Framework, including:

4. Clinic Selection & Quote Verification
Once the client has selected a preferred clinic, the client will contact the clinic directly regarding treatment dates, booking arrangements and deposit requirements.
If requested, Trusted Surgery Turkey will review the clinic’s final quotation and confirm whether it remains materially consistent with the original comparison before the client proceeds.
5. Practical Guidance After Booking
Following confirmation of a booking with a clinic included within the comparison, the VIP Package includes practical guidance for up to 60 days.
Practical guidance includes:

Detailed Practical Preparation Checklist.
Guidance with clinic documentation and booking requirements.
Enhanced Recovery Preparation Guide.
Personalised Destination Information Pack, where available.
Reasonable clarification regarding the booking process and practical travel preparation.

The practical guidance period begins once Trusted Surgery Turkey receives reasonable evidence that the booking has been confirmed by the clinic.

The client remains solely responsible for selecting a clinic, choosing a surgeon, reviewing all medical information and deciding whether to proceed with treatment.
All medical treatment, accommodation, transfers, medication and aftercare services are provided directly by the chosen clinic.
The client contracts directly with the clinic and pays the clinic directly.
Information provided by Trusted Surgery Turkey is based upon information supplied by clinics and third parties at the time the comparison is prepared. Although reasonable care is taken when preparing comparisons, Trusted Surgery Turkey cannot guarantee the ongoing accuracy, completeness or future availability of quotations, prices, surgeons, accommodation arrangements, package inclusions or other information supplied by third parties.
Service Scope
Trusted Surgery Turkey provides independent clinic comparison and medical tourism guidance services only.
Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, surgery, accommodation, flights, insurance and clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the chosen clinic and the client.
What Is Not Included
Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, surgery, clinic fees, hospital fees, surgeon fees, flights, accommodation, travel insurance, prescriptions, emergency care and clinical decision-making.
Payment
Payment covers Trusted Surgery Turkey’s independent comparison and guidance service only.
Medical treatment and all third-party costs are paid directly to the chosen clinic or provider.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing all clinic documentation carefully, seeking appropriate medical advice where necessary and making their own final decision regarding treatment.

VIP PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Service Overview
The VIP Package is a professional clinic comparison and guidance service provided by Trusted Surgery Turkey.
Trusted Surgery Turkey is an independent medical tourism consultancy. We are not a clinic, hospital, healthcare provider, travel agency or medical professional.
Our role is to identify suitable clinics, obtain quotations, prepare structured comparisons and provide independent guidance to help clients make informed decisions.
The client remains solely responsible for selecting a clinic, choosing a surgeon and entering into any agreement directly with the chosen clinic.
2. Package Purpose
The VIP Package provides the highest level of personalised clinic comparison together with enhanced guidance and comprehensive practical preparation support before the client travels for treatment abroad.
It is intended to provide clear, structured and unbiased information and does not recommend or promote any particular clinic or healthcare provider.
3. Package Scope
The VIP Package includes only the services listed within the VIP Package description, including:
Initial client assessment.
Understanding the client’s treatment goals, preferences and budget.
Identification of suitable clinics.
Quotations from up to seven (7) suitable clinics.
A personalised 50+ Point Comparison Framework covering clinic, surgeon, hospital, hotel, financial and medical package assessments.
Comprehensive personalised comparison analysis.
Independent guidance.
Verification that the clinic’s final quotation remains materially consistent with the original comparison before the client proceeds.
WhatsApp communication during the comparison process.
Up to four (4) scheduled consultation calls.
Priority response target within six (6) hours during normal business hours.
Practical guidance for up to sixty (60) days following booking confirmation.
Personalised Travel Preparation Guide.
Detailed Practical Preparation Checklist.
Guidance with clinic documentation and booking requirements.
Enhanced Recovery Preparation Guide.
Personalised Destination Information Pack, where available.
No other services are included unless stated in writing.
4. Clinic Comparisons
Comparisons are prepared using information supplied by clinics and other third-party sources available at the time.
Trusted Surgery Turkey cannot guarantee that quotations, prices, surgeons, package contents or clinic information will remain unchanged after the comparison has been completed.
5. Completion of the Service
The comparison service is completed once:
The personalised comparison has been delivered.
The client has received the comparison documentation.
Trusted Surgery Turkey has verified, where applicable, that the clinic’s final quotation remains materially consistent with the original comparison before the client proceeds.
If the client decides not to proceed, the comparison service is still considered complete.
6. Booking Validity
The comparison remains valid for three (3) months from the delivery date.
If no booking is confirmed with one of the clinics included in the comparison during this period, the comparison expires and a new package may be required.
To activate the practical guidance included within the VIP Package, the client must notify Trusted Surgery Turkey and provide reasonable evidence that the clinic booking has been confirmed and the required deposit has been paid.
7. Practical Guidance After Booking
Following booking confirmation, the VIP Package includes practical guidance for up to sixty (60) days.
Practical guidance consists of reasonable clarification of the comparison, guidance documents and practical information included within the package.
During this period, the client will also receive the Personalised Travel Preparation Guide, Detailed Practical Preparation Checklist, Guidance with Clinic Documentation and Booking Requirements, the Enhanced Recovery Preparation Guide and, where available, a Personalised Destination Information Pack.
These resources are intended to assist the client in preparing for treatment abroad and do not constitute medical advice or clinical recommendations.
Practical guidance is limited to matters directly related to the services provided by Trusted Surgery Turkey and does not include unlimited communication, ongoing consultancy, medical advice, clinical opinions or services outside the purchased package.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client remains responsible for selecting a clinic and surgeon, reviewing medical information, communicating directly with the clinic, making all treatment decisions, paying the clinic directly and arranging travel documentation, insurance and travel requirements.
9. Excluded Services
The VIP Package does not include medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, surgery, hospital services, clinic aftercare, post-operative support, travel agency services, flight or accommodation bookings, travel insurance, visa services, translation services, communication with clinics regarding medical matters, or any service not expressly included within the package description.
10. Limitation of Liability
Trusted Surgery Turkey provides an independent comparison and guidance service only.
We are not responsible for medical outcomes, clinical decisions, treatment suitability, changes to quotations, surgeons, accommodation, package inclusions, travel disruptions or services provided by third parties.
11. Acceptance
Purchase of the VIP Package constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions together with all other applicable Trusted Surgery Turkey policies, agreements and website terms.
