Service Scope

Trusted Surgery Turkey provides independent clinic comparison and medical tourism guidance services only.

Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, surgery, accommodation, flights, insurance and clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the chosen clinic and the client.

What Is Not Included

Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, surgery, clinic fees, hospital fees, surgeon fees, flights, accommodation, travel insurance, prescriptions, emergency care and clinical decision-making.

Payment

Payment covers Trusted Surgery Turkey’s independent comparison and guidance service only.

Medical treatment and all third-party costs are paid directly to the chosen clinic or provider.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing all clinic documentation carefully, seeking appropriate medical advice where necessary and making their own final decision regarding treatment.

GROUP PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Service Overview

The Group Package is a professional clinic comparison and guidance service provided by Trusted Surgery Turkey.

Trusted Surgery Turkey is an independent medical tourism consultancy. We are not a clinic, hospital, healthcare provider, travel agency or medical professional.

Our role is to identify suitable clinics, obtain quotations, prepare structured comparisons and provide independent guidance to help groups make informed decisions.

Each client remains solely responsible for selecting a clinic, choosing a surgeon and entering into any agreement directly with the chosen clinic.

2. Package Purpose

The Group Package is designed for two or more clients who wish to travel together and receive a coordinated clinic comparison service.

Trusted Surgery Turkey will make reasonable efforts to identify clinics capable of accommodating the group’s preferred travel arrangements and treatment requirements while preparing a coordinated comparison.

However, identical quotations, treatment plans, package inclusions, travel dates or clinic arrangements cannot be guaranteed, as these depend on each client’s treatment requirements, medical assessment and the clinic’s own policies and availability.

The package provides clear, structured and unbiased information to help the group understand the available options. It does not recommend or promote any particular clinic or healthcare provider.

3. Package Scope

The Group Package includes only the services listed within the Group Package description, including:

• Initial group assessment.

• Understanding each client’s treatment goals, preferences and budget.

• Identification of suitable clinics capable of accommodating the group’s requirements.

• Quotations from up to three (3) suitable clinics.

• A personalised 50+ Point Comparison Framework covering clinic, surgeon, hospital, hotel, financial and medical package assessments.

• Personalised comparison analysis for the group.

• Independent guidance.

• Verification that the clinic’s final quotation remains materially consistent with the original comparison before the clients proceed.

• WhatsApp communication during the comparison process.

• One scheduled consultation call.

• Practical guidance for up to fifteen (15) days following booking confirmation.

• Basic clarification regarding the group’s booking process.

• Basic coordination guidance for clients travelling together.

No other services are included unless stated in writing.

4. Clinic Comparisons

Comparisons are prepared using information supplied by clinics and other third-party sources available at the time.

Trusted Surgery Turkey will make reasonable efforts to identify clinics capable of accommodating the group’s requirements. However, we cannot guarantee identical quotations, package inclusions, travel dates, accommodation arrangements or treatment plans for every participant.

Trusted Surgery Turkey cannot guarantee that quotations, prices, surgeons, package contents or clinic information will remain unchanged after the comparison has been completed.

5. Completion of the Service

The comparison service is completed once:

• The personalised comparison has been delivered.

• The clients have received the comparison documentation.

• Trusted Surgery Turkey has verified, where applicable, that the clinic’s final quotation remains materially consistent with the original comparison before the clients proceed.

If the group decides not to proceed, the comparison service is still considered complete.

6. Booking Validity

The comparison remains valid for three (3) months from the delivery date.

If no booking is confirmed with one of the clinics included in the comparison during this period, the comparison expires and a new package may be required.

To activate the practical guidance included within the Group Package, the clients must notify Trusted Surgery Turkey and provide reasonable evidence that the clinic booking has been confirmed and the required deposit has been paid.

7. Practical Guidance After Booking

Following booking confirmation, the Group Package includes practical guidance for up to fifteen (15) days.

Practical guidance consists of reasonable clarification of the comparison, guidance documents and practical information included within the package.

During this period, the group will receive basic clarification regarding the booking process together with basic coordination guidance for clients travelling together.

Practical guidance is limited to matters directly related to the services provided by Trusted Surgery Turkey and does not include unlimited communication, ongoing consultancy, medical advice, clinical opinions or services outside the purchased package.

8. Client Responsibilities

Each client remains responsible for selecting a clinic and surgeon, reviewing medical information, communicating directly with the clinic, making all treatment decisions, paying the clinic directly and arranging travel documentation, insurance and travel requirements.

9. Excluded Services

The Group Package does not include medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, surgery, hospital services, clinic aftercare, post-operative support, travel agency services, flight or accommodation bookings, travel insurance, visa services, translation services, matching unrelated individuals into travel groups, communication with clinics regarding medical matters, or any service not expressly included within the package description.

10. Limitation of Liability

Trusted Surgery Turkey provides an independent comparison and guidance service only.

We are not responsible for medical outcomes, clinical decisions, treatment suitability, changes to quotations, surgeons, accommodation, package inclusions, travel disruptions or services provided by third parties.

11. Acceptance

Purchase of the Group Package constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions together with all other applicable Trusted Surgery Turkey policies, agreements and website terms.
